My son recently started karting and I'm doing all i can to support this new hobby of his. To the pros here, I'm wondering about good tire brands and compounds? any recommendations and suggestions will be helpful! thanks!

What type of karting does he do?
For a start, you can get recommendations at the track since they better know the conditions.
But if you want to get a few ideas, you can take a look at brands like MG, Vega and LeCont.

Brands like Bridgestone, MG, or Vega are good and popular in the karting world, softer tires give better grip but wear faster, while harder ones last longer but can be a bit slippery, a medium compound is usually the best balance for now
