Need some help about chassis

My idea is to get a go kart chassis, source the motor and everything else I need and assemble the thing myself. I'll reach a point when I'll need some help with the assembly, but now I'm interested in the differences between the chassis. I'm seeing many options, so I'm not sure which is the most beginner friendly of them all.

That sounds an exciting project. For me honestly, I found that older used go cart chassis are simpler and easier to learn on. Just look for something with solid parts support and not too much tuning complexity. That's what I'd call beginner friendly

Get a full frame chassis that's meant for fun karts or yard karts, not racing, they usually have simpler setups, more forgiving geometry, and room for standard engines like a Predator 212 since you're still starting out

Thanks for the advice. Since I'm starting out, I don't plan on making a powerhouse, so I wouldn't mind being slower, at least while I'm still learning. Any specific chassis you can recommend?
