hi, I need some help for my brother!

He's got a 2021 Tony Kart karting 401, and we're trying to get it ready for the LO206 class.

He's pretty new to this, and honestly, so am I when it comes to the nitty gritty.

Beyond just bolting on the engine, what else is typically needed to make an OTK 401 compliant and competitive for LO206?

I'm talking about things like different axles, do we need to swap those out?

What about hubs, or anything else specific to getting that chassis dialed in for the LO206 rules? Any specific parts or setups you'd recommend?

Any info you guys can throw our way would be awesome

For LO206, when prepping your Tony Kart karting chassis, make sure you have the right axle size and stiff hubs to manage the engine's strength. Brakes should be set up right, and your chassis must meet the class's weight rules. Also, match your suspension and tires to LO206 standards.

Are you aiming to set it up strictly for LO206 rules compliance, or are you also looking to tweak the chassis for maximum performance in that class right from the start?
